      They are over working us to the point beyond burnout to try and catch up from the pandemic. I understand it’s hard everywhere right now, but a job I loved when I started is now a huge burden on my life

      Pay is decent. 401k match.

      Cons

      Management. Work-life balance. Minimal viable products (FM's MVP). Lack of c-suite/management knowing the work that is actually done. Management does not have their employees backs. COVID vaccine mandates for ALL employees as of November 15th. Amount of work is too much for the amount of hours paid each week - asking to get paid for all hours worked is taboo.
