Some departments are forced to go into the office 5 days a week for no reason. Upper management doesn’t care about its employees. Feel like just a number to them. No flexibility. Under paid, understaffed, overworked

We were told earlier this year our role was fully remote. The CEO decided to change this, forcing us back in the office 5 days a week when we have been successfully working remote for over 3 years. Client processing was restructured and the work load is now unmanageable. Numerous people have gone on stress leave because it is so bad. Last year the employee survey had really negative feedback. We had meeting after meeting discussing the results, but nothing has been done to actually fix any of the issues. They encourage nepotism. No work life balance No transparency Low pay Constantly short-staffed
