Pros

FM Global is great! I love the culture, people, leadership team and the work I do every day. The culture is warm and welcoming, people are fun, friendly and helpful and the leadership team listens to the employees. The CEO is fantastic, he is approachable, humble, smart, employee focused and client centric. I would love to get all of my family and friends to come work with me here!

Cons

I can't think of any downsides. I saw a couple when I started a year ago, however the company is already addressing these. They do a great job listening to employee feedback and making improvements based on these suggestions.
