Pros

Good Benefits, including Pensions. Good Life-Work balance.

Cons

Management started berating employees, insulting without inspiring or motivating. It has always been about cliques but with open discussions of politics & opinions from upper management, it felt like a non-inclusive & non-Safe place to be. It all became about numbers & why management would think that educated people with plenty of opportunities will stay at a toxic place it has become is beyond comprehension. It sure used to be a great place in it’s not so distant past.

Medical and 401 benefits are good.

Cons

Managers are not well prepared. They can be abusive of their role dragging their people to treat their co-workers with resentment. The picture shown to the outside world is very different to what happens behind doors. My personal experience was the worst ever in my entire career. For the only time ever, I experienced humiliation and discrimination from co-workers and managers. It's unfortunately that such a great financial structure that offers such great benefits, does not care more for people instead of just numbers. I would not recommend for any one to stay after seeing the first sign of abuse.

Lack of Work/Homelife Balance. Vacation is near impossible if you want to prevent a work backlog.
