      It's a great company to work, good benefits, available trainings, really good environment.

      Cons

      I felt that the company only care about their oldest employees. If you have any problems related your manager, they are not able to change your position or talk to and solve the problem. I saw really good people trying to give a advice or trying to bring new ideas, but the company is very tradicional and very hierarchy, so they got bored and leaved the company.
