Very good employee benefits, Nice environment overall, with a lot of training available, Gain exposure working with large companies they insured, Provides really good work stability, it's not uncommon to hear someone celebrating 30+ years of service
Cons
Limited growth opportunities if you don't have an engineering degree, Very process oriented and structured, frequently it takes a lot of time to take a decision as senior management has to authorize it, It's not a very agile company, most of the people started they career with the company and that makes it hard to accept changes and do things in a more efficient way,
