Pros

FM Global is the leader at what they do and they continue to push to get better. They have a great business model that works. They keep their people and their clients far longer than anyone else in the industry. That's not by accident. You can have a long and diverse career within the company.

Cons

Getting to the first promotions can take longer than other companies, but the level of responsibility that comes with those promotions is far greater than most companies.

A lot of opportunities for engineering development in property loss prevention. Good salary and benefits package.

Cons

Giant amount of work on a daily basis which is natural at this market BUT after 5-7 yrs of experience it can be tough to stay for next years.
