Great work life balance for the first few years. Work from home or travel (0-10 nights a month). Kinda like the show "how stuff works", as you get to inspect a bunch of businesses. FM attracts established career oriented people, as well as mousy analytical types. People keep to themselves in a quiet office atmosphere. Most office talk is about the job or sports.

Cons

This is a large and old company, this is no start-up. Be prepared to navigate detailed bureaucratic processes.
