      Constant Micromanaging, Broad Yearly Raises

      Pros

      Great health benefits. Three weeks vacation from the get-go.

      Cons

      Constant micromanaging. They don't trust people to do their jobs. The managing system is set up to make sure every minute is accounted correctly. People in the admin side stay in their position for life - no way for promotion. Yearly raises are even across the board, does not care about work ethic.

      Pros

      Great benefits (Health, Pension, 401k, Dental, Car). Stability. Incentive plan. Thorough training. Challenging jobs & opportunity to advance. Company promotes health and fitness. Very hard to get fired. Many, many wonderful people.

      Cons

      Does not cater to creative or driven people. Many long-term older people. Rigid practices & procedures. They promote health, but tend to hire a lot of middle-aged and/or obese people. If you're a young attractive female, this is not the place for you. Some bitter employees (mostly in admin positions). Compensation of professional employees is average.

      Great company. Best benefits around. This is a company you can stay and grow with. Offers flex-time work arrangements.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is difficult to make yourself known outside of your own department.
