Stable company; has an interesting niche in it's line of business.
Cons
Promotion and review process is an extremely subjective experience. If you like the security and steadiness of working for a State DMV then this is the place for you. Or if you are a younger worker, intend to stay for a short period of time then move on it's worth it. On the other hand if you are a senior level professional - and are looking to advance your career - and you are not offered a management spot - this is not the place to go to. By the way this review is based on the totality of time there. Circumstances did not allow me to leave earlier - once those changed I found other employment and left. One last note. While the business model of the company has stood the test of time - that is changing. Other larger competitors are starting to implement the same ideas.
