      Decent company, yet not as fantastic as they like to think themselves, inbred, a lot of politcs

      Pros

      interesting work, getting to know many different industries, learning a lot, mostly well organized, stable, development and adavancement perspectives - however, mostly only internationally

      Cons

      highly arrogant overall attitude, disrespect towards almost any other company, weak local middle and uper management: incomepetent, not interested, overtaxed, unfair Jobs and positions locally are not fair game, full of politics, no equal requirements to deliver for all, some get away with early leaving constantly while others work very long hours Partly very lengthy travel to remote sites under horrible conditions

      Pros

      Great work / life balance, support and training. Company stability and fairly good pay are additional pluses.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities to advance as many employees are quite loyal but understandably so, as it is a good place to work.

      Pros

      - working from home - independence - flexible schedule - amazing benefits - considerable improvement in compensation over the last few years to keep up with the competition - opportunities to see the country, see a variety of commercial and industrial facilities and meet a lot of cool people - amazing training program - very interesting work, no two days are the same

      Cons

      - lots of turnover in the office and field - constant changes in reporting requirements, internal processes, etc. when they aren't always needed - inconsistencies from manager to manager, office to office, etc. with promotions, starting salary, raises, experience, report review, etc. - some engineers do a consistently poor job and seem to get away with it - report writing can be tedious at times and a grind, especially when they have to be reviewed for a variety of reasons. - at times recommendations for the clients can be unrealistic to complete and seem to have an affect on our credibility
