Great company depending on who your manager is

Good benefits, potential to travel, excellent training, vast majority of staff are good people with a common goal. Company is investing money in itself in new facilities.

Cons

Pay could be better (invest some of that money in the staff). 5 days a week return to office does not make sense.

Cons

Office based jobs are majority. They don’t offer fully remote.

Average pay, career growth is hard because most positions require 10-15 years of experience, 5 days in office when we used to be hybrid, little work to life balance, average raises.
