Many managers have little to no respect for their employees and some can be abusive, which is tolerated by the company despite being aware of this going on. Almost no promotional opportunities. Although convincing themselves diversity is valued their version of diversity is hiring female instead of male engineers. Many employees are overworked.

Lower starting salary but expected to do the job of three people. Extremely low morale, no sense of team work every man for himself. If you are a hard worker you will not receive any more of a raise than someone who is lazy. People are not polite not friendly and will smile in your face while stabbing you in the back the minute you walk away. Talking is discouraged while gossip is encouraged even by management.
