      A good business model, but uncertain outlook for employees

      Pros

      Training, pension, dress code is favorable, nice perks for some roles

      Cons

      Pay can be less than other similar employers, Sr. Leadership is hearing, but it doesn't feel like they are actually listening, employees very much disenfranchised even before (misguided) RTW decision.

      Pros

      Good training programs, stable job, get to work with big clients, pension is decent. Overall mission of the company is a plus.

      Cons

      Micro management is rife and promotions are to favoured candidates and not merit based. Recent changes include forcing many back to the office and overall leadership is weak. Company is rigid and highly procedure driven with direction set by the top. My way or highway vibe. Managers have no ability to make changes and people have started to leave in droves due to worsening conditions. Pay has stifled and many competitors now offer better pay and working conditions such as being able to work from home.
