Where to start? The leadership is the weakest link. They are out of touch and operating a messy hierarchy driven by male dominated ego. They do not care about their employees as evidenced by multiple choices you can read about in other reviews. The culture is based in fear. Fear to try something new, fear of leadership, fear of being exposed for the truth that they dont give a hoot about their employees. (employee survey results, covid firings, return to office) Leadeeship cares about personal ambition, money, and perception and I dont imagine that will ever change. You can do better. You deserve better than FM.
