Boring company to work for especially if you’re younger. Company doesn’t seem to value morale as they never did much.

The managers are fantastic leaders and provide all the necessary tools to help their teams succeed. There are resources available to help people do their jobs. The company car is A HUGE benefit for employees, especially with today's vehicle and gas prices.

Cons

The job itself leaves much to be desired. Field work is satisfying, however the bulk of the job involves computer work and report writing which is not for everyone.
