      Salaries don't match the work. Inefficient systems. Changes made by corporate with little feedback from the people that do the work.

      Flexible schedule, interesting work, great benefits.

      Cons

      Local office management is running the office into the ground. Moral in and out of the office is poor. The focus has changed from being more client focused to turn out. High metrics so the so staff resorts to unethical tactics. No work life balance. Field staff went from working the occasional weekend to every weekend. Field staff has been significantly short for years. Remaing staff is pressured to pick up the slack. Loved the company .... hated the office.
