Strong competitive position. Stable business model. International operation.

Cons

Rhode Island HQ staff is fairly small with a very long average seniority. Everyone is a neighbor, niece, godson, bowling team member of someone else such that it is a very political environment. The company promotes from within and hires local employee referrals such it really isn't very fresh, innovative or objective. If you live locally and like the status quo and can live with the politics it can be right for you.
