      Pros

      Retirement and Benefits are good. Great place to pace your life and have stability and good life. Promotes loyalty by length of service.

      Cons

      If you are driven , motivated and work hard. You will be disappointed as its length of Service. work life balance went to hell the last 2 yrs . I was repeated told that good technical person do not make good management material on wishing to enter management.
