      Was great, now disillusioned due to new Executive Management

      Colleagues, professional development, opportunities for growth/experience

      Cons

      New Exec Mgmt is ruthless which is good for business but same attitude for employees. Losing our best and brightest because vast majority of new or pivotal roles going to former Rohm and Haas employees despite CEO saying he wouldn't do that.
