      1) Company pays very competitively 2) Professional work environment 3) 2 days/week work from home 4) Upper management is committed to its diversity and inclusion initiatives

      1) Most managers don’t take extra steps to facilitate strong interpersonal bonds between team members. Even after 3 years, I don’t feel like I know most of my co-workers very well. 2) Inter-company communication can be chaotic and sometimes ineffective.
