Great work atmosphere between the staff, allowed for a good team effort to provide the best possible service to the clients.

Cons

There were occasions where there was poor communication between different levels of managerial roles leading to a slightly confused/conflicting goals staff were working towards.

Fmc technology is great company to work for, but oil service companies are slow right now.

Cons

the only down side is that, well testing is not for every body.heavy lifting,long hours and most of the time away from the home.
