      Pros

      Good team in general people are sincere at the lower to mid level

      Cons

      People work to save money not make money! Upper management lack good experience. Have bigger heads and think totally inside the box. A lot of dead wood with people that do nothing to advance profits. A shell of what it was at one time.

      Pros

      FMC is a global company with many opportunities. However, it is very hard to grow upwards and technical path is not well stablished. The non technical path becomes a more obvious change which is quite sad for the technical minded ones.

      Hard to grow. Hard to implement new ways of working. Paid is not the best
