Pros

Good salary. Signing bonus and retention bonus to seal the deal. Only a two year contract and then you can leave and not pay relocation and bonus money back in full. You will realize that you want to leave in 6 months or less, if you have ever worked at some place that is good. The lone pro is the money. Everything else is a con. A consolation is that you only have to stay 2 years before you can leave without having to pay back the up front money.

Cons

Micro management like you have never seen before! An absolutely horrible Union that runs the place and a management team with no managerial fortitude and zero leadership skills. The leadership is at there best when painting a story for corporate.

Pros

Excellent Pay. Sign on bonuses available. New building coming in later 2016 which includes a cafe and nice facilities for working.

Cons

Operations should expect and demand better and effective corporate leadership. High turn over. Three women leaders have left the company in the last six months. Worker Safety is not going to get better if leaders keep lowering the goal in order to guarantee their bonuses.

People are not friendly, and stick to their own departments. Very difficult to advance. Health care benefits are expensive
