      Pros

      Great small town style company. Easy to talk to upper management whom were always at your disposal, wide spread industry influence and reputation, many divisions acrossed the country

      Cons

      bought out by FMC technologies, as a result wages were lowed and benefits decreased industry funding was also reduced
