      This used to be a great place to work, lots of opportunity, if you raised your hand, you could do almost anything.

      Cons

      With the ag market downturn, the company got too earnings hungry and it has been at the cost of wise decisions, employee morale and overall workplace demise.

      I received a decent bonus this year.
