Pros
Pay is decent and they offer the ability to leave work at 5. Offers pension beneit and good dental and decent medical. Prices for the benefits are low and very affordable. Employees are extremely friendly and occasionally social.
Cons
Large and impersonal organization. No real attempt to focus on marketing or make the bsuienss processes better. Activly opposed to new ideas or new ways of doing things. Limited opportunity for advancement or promotion. Additionally limited opportunities to show intiative. Told by management to simply not do anything and was shufffledfrom department to department working on projects that offered no possibility of future growth.
