The policies don't seem to be followed through at every level of the business, the systems aren't utilised, everything done in an old fashioned manner. The training within department by department managers is poor if it exists. While there is no pressure on staff there is also a lack of actual professional development and skillset. Very Poor work/life ratio for hourly employees, mediocre health insurance, and worst of all they dont fire the deadweight (lazy people, people constantly late and/or calling in). O, and no structure with shop employees schedules. (mine changed 4 or 5 times in a 6 month period, with little to no advanced notice).
