      A majority of upper management do have a large concern and sincere care for its employees.

      Pros

      The compensation is quite good as well as the benefits. Upper management try to pursue a good work life balance for their employees through initiatives and programs so there's genuine care.

      Cons

      There's a big level of middle-management who, unfortunately, do not share the same vision as upper management. Being a Multinational companies, you also deal with managers from other offices that just do not practice or understand FMC Technologies' much-appreciated European/Western culture.

      Pros

      It is a great place to learn about the oil and gas industry as well as the equipment used in this industry.

      Cons

      Too many procedures for performing tasks. This is a good control, especially for complex tasks. However, sometimes it makes it difficult to perform easy tasks.
