Pros
FMC provides a fantastic work environment for it's employees. In addition to providing strong traditional incentives such as a 401k and insurance, they also constantly provide activities which build camaraderie and friendships throughout the office.
Cons
Like at any company, favorites can be picked based on reasoning which is not subjective for promotions. Oil demands a flexible schedule which can be difficult on family life, but is generally worth it.
