      Support for personal life support for training

      No advancement for learning No support for bored employees ie...... this is too easy now Planning for the future growth Getting lost in red tape in suggestions for better network management.

      Pros

      Opportunities to advance. Training - There are a lot of training classes that you are encouraged to take. There is also a two year training program for new hire engineers.

      Cons

      The majority of the management staff is somewhat younger than what you would expect. There needs to be more experienced and more exposed management.
