      Not a terrible place to work

      Pros

      Managers do not typically micro manage. Flexible schedules (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, etc.) Tasks are relatively routine. Issues can be anticipated.

      Cons

      Some departments seriously lack strong leadership. The company is consolidating into one centralized location which will increase the commute for a lot of employees. Benefits aren't great. High deductible health plan is currently used. There is no such thing as 9/80s or work from home (unless your manager is secretly very accommodating).

      Pros

      Good company to work for.

      Cons

      Some times people makes the company look bad by having an negative attitude towards colleagues and subordinates due to having a bad childhood up bringing experiences. They treat the colleagues same way the were treated, which is bad for the company.

      Another good-old bot company camouflaged as a global enterprise. You've got to be someone's golden child to get promoted.
