There were not any cons

Most managers don't care. The company pushes the "core values," but they don't put them into practice. Emphasis is placed on improving their own paycheck rather than their employees. It is a very hostile environment both racially and professionally. It really sick not being able to trust anyone, and having to look over your shoulder everyday makes life very stressful. Lower level employees are seen as expendable and are not valued as people. The environment is very clickish. If you are not in the "in crowd" you are viewed as a liability and are left alone to fend for yourself. This company has lost its way and is a terrible place to work. Unfortunately, there are not many jobs available, so I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Avoid working here.
