Pros

- excellent culture - C-Suite that really seems to care about you - transparency - lots of gift cards, swag, perks that are given to the employees - every other Friday off (prob my fave!) - fully remote (okay.. this is a tie for a fave!) - paid week off at Christmas (gahh.. I just can't choose my favorite!) - cool co-workers who genuinely want to help, and love to have fun!

Cons

- pay is a tad low for people who have higher education, but they make up for it in other ways - involved in DEI, which I am not personally a fan of, as it is based on skin color and lifestyle choices vs. merit, so it seems to be a racist ideology if we treat people a certain way (good or bad) based on skin color honestly, no other cons come to mind. It is truly a GREAT place to work!

Don't do it

Pros

The culture is about the only positive thing, honestly.

Cons

Be prepared to have a pay under the industry average ($15-15.50 starting wage as opposed to other call center average starting wage of $17+, based on experience) and not be able to use benefits or have a flexible schedule. Combine that with micromanaging managers or managers that are just gone all the time, this job isn't worth it. On top of that, there is a bonus structure that is impossible to hit the high bonuses, even with pushing yourself to do everything possible beyond the normal scope of the job. There's also very little room for growth. During my time there while being one of the top performers for 70% of the time I was there, I have only promoted once. Finally, the benefits there are also a joke. If you need to have health insurance for anyone other than yourself, be prepared to pay half or more of your paycheck towards it.

Hi there, I know we have a large base of folks who are happy with the total compensation package, benefits, flexible / remote work that we offer but it sounds we may have missed the mark for what you were looking for. Hopefully you've found exactly what you are looking for!
