Mission focused organization. Seeing overall historic growth. Co-workers are friendly and greatly qualified. One of top health systems in the state. Fast-paced. Was good place to work.

Cons

Annual pay increases are small - around 2 to 2.5 percent. Bureaucratic at times on decisions. Turnover seems higher than most other organizations.
