Great entry level, good place to start, will give training

Cons

Lack of analysis capability, explain, re-explain, and continued lack of ability to even attempt to dissect and issues and solve. Managers who placate instead of analyzing weakness and remediating ongoing issues. If you come in with experience and knowledge, you will be pushed down, stifled by digital paperwork and exhausted from attempting to educate and train others.
