If you are from a wealthy family in Mississippi/if you have connections to the management/if your family invested in FNC then your future is bright and secured. Just go to drinks and party with the management and you will be promoted as directors. No need to work hard like other employees.
Stop promoting people who are kiss-ass to the management and rather recognize talent, employees who criticize some of the bad decisions taken by management are pushed to the corner.
