Everything else is a con. I was hired into a specific role; and they had me do everything but what I was hired for. I tried to speak with management but they basically lied as they do to all and made up some story. Safety is a joke and quality suffers as a result. They have no clue what an engineer or someone in purchasing actually does. Management are all puppets and from the top on down the place is poorly run. Support staff is powerless to try and improve things and are rendered useless. Working here is like working in a Russian plant I would imagine. My advice is to look elsewhere unless you want to look for another job in 2 months or less or like being told what you can do and when you can do it.

This company is the embodiment of bad management. there is no other way to put it, this management team could not manage their way out of a paper bag. Scheduling is terrible, suggested improvements are shot down, safety team is a joke and all you get for your hard work is a fist bump from a supervisor.
