Everything else is a con. I was hired into a specific role; and they had me do everything but what I was hired for. I tried to speak with management but they basically lied as they do to all and made up some story. Safety is a joke and quality suffers as a result. They have no clue what an engineer or someone in purchasing actually does. Management are all puppets and from the top on down the place is poorly run. Support staff is powerless to try and improve things and are rendered useless. Working here is like working in a Russian plant I would imagine. My advice is to look elsewhere unless you want to look for another job in 2 months or less or like being told what you can do and when you can do it.

Have to ask to use the bathroom Repetitive assembly line work that i was not told about first. I was told its was a fabrication shop tig welder. Not on a assembly line. Treated like a child No one knows what shift who is on Management doesn't know when workers breaks are scheduled.
