Pros

In your first year you have many chances to increase pay with reviews every 4 month. ( Unheard of) There also are many ways to grow within the company with hard work and dedication. I have found that employee's that stand out and go above and beyond are getting more plentiful and that helps production . Overtime yes is sometimes forced in busy seasons but hope the move happening soon will limit material movement helping in production . I have had several sit downs with management the year I been here and most of my opinions have been implemented to help flow and reduce some costs.

Pros

Good product,l they focus on quality. Manufacturing managers are pretty clear on their expectations and try to hold people accountable which means you can count on the person working next to you. Support administrative staff too.

Cons

Upper management don't seem to communicate well with each other.
