Hectic, minimal structure. There is frequent forced overtime.

Pros

Decent salary/benefits, some pretty cool & talented people scattered across the organization, quality product.

Cons

Slum-like offices, grossly uneven distribution of resources across departments, inefficient departmental processes, totally bizarre work culture/environment, inner-office politics and backstabbing/manipulative behavior by some of the key players, CEO is super impulsive and is either involved in minutiae way beneath his paygrade or MIA for weeks at a time.

We are sorry that your experience was not a positive one. Sadly the fit was just not right in regard to the role that you played and that was nobody's fault for sure. Most of our locations are modern and well appointed and as for the others, they are far from slum-like. Exciting news could be forthcoming soon on an exciting new home structure for us here in the Pittsburgh area. I appreciate the rest of your thoughts and they will be looked at as necessary.
