Pros

Benefits were okay, mostly for the people that could afford to take advantage of the 401K. Pay average.

Cons

This company will never learn? It is hard to change jobs sometimes, no matter how bad one can be. So instead of reading their bad reviews and saying we should fix this? They just keep saying things like you worked here for 3 years, I guess it wasn't all that bad! Believe me, I worked there almost 5 years, wanted out every day and knew so many people that felt the same! Finally was able to, felt great to finally be able to walk away!

We are sorry that your experience was not a pleasant one. If you had wanted out so badly over these past five years it may have been better if you searched harder, as sadly your performance was not that inspiring and we had given you much in the way of instruction and opportunities to grow and improve. Your leaving was a win/win for all. As with many companies with the exciting sales growth that we experience year after year, there are some growing pains. We do talk with all employees regularly and take their suggestions for improvement to heart. Ask yourself how many other local companies offer new employees reviews (and possible salary increases) every 4 months? How many other local companies can boast that the majority of their senior managers worked their way up through the ranks? We have invested heavily in new machinery, improved benefits for all, a stronger safety and quality culture and strive to find those that wish to live and prosper in an exciting and safe manufacturing environment. We are committed to our 5 STAR Program ( Production, Quality, Safety, Attitude, and Attendance) and finding employees that can master these core beliefs. Sadly you were not one of these employees. I am glad however that we do have many fine examples of this type of employee as evidenced by our above average Glassdoor rating. Best of luck!

Everything about this job is terrible. Including being nano managed down to needing to sign out to use the restroom.

Sorry that your experience has not been a great one so far! Obviously, there must be many redeeming qualities working here as you have been here for 3+ years. Yes we have policies and procedures (which have positively impacted the powder coat group in terms of production and profitability) as well as employee satisfaction. Micromanagers we are not! Feel free to speak with your supervisor if you feel slighted in any way! If not we look forward to having you continue your long term employment!
