Thanks for your comments! Yes, we do pay well but of course, with that much is expected and career growth is within your grasp! We try to hire and maintain the best and our new CareerTrack program, improved benefits and personnel, and management upgrades are all signs that we are trying to invest in our employees and improve upon an already strong work environment.

You are 100% Disposable; Even when “valued”

Pros

Pay (Have to pull teeth, though) Great Co-Workers OT offered (pressured, mostly or mandatory)

Cons

Chaos due to lack of communication throughout building. Sales is the biggest issue; releasing jobs last minute which causes people to rush causing poor quality of work and poor attitudes. Not one empathetic manager in the building. They are constant arguing or talking bad about each other which is completely unprofessional. They come up with ideas to improve the company and the ideas last no more than a week or two because everyone fails to follow through. This place pushes out the hardest workers.

We are sorry that overall your experience was not that pleasant but appreciate the 3+ years of service. There must have been some positives to stay on board that long? As a manufacturer of fine quality products, the juggling act between sales, management, and production can be a juggling act. We strive to improve the relationships in these areas daily. We do offer manager training as well as we attempt to promote from within and grow our managers to increasing levels of responsibility. As production and sales volume has almost doubled over the past five years due to our growth there will be some growing pains and we strive to improve in all areas at all times.

Worst Job I ever Had

Pros

The pay and benefits were OK but soon wasn't worth it once they expect you to work 60+ hours a week.

Cons

You will be forced to work even if you have scheduled PTO. Work conditions are terrible, if you don't already have respiratory health issues, you soon will. You will be expected to know all procedures even though you were never trained on them. There are cameras everywhere watching your every move. If you are thinking about working here, you may want to take a second look. Management will lie cheat and steal to prevent you from moving up in the company.
