Cons

Decisions are very sporadic and not backed-up. You are expected to do a ridiculous amount of work with no rewards or bonuses. The company practices are outdated, wasting a large amount of money, time and resources. Also, there is loud banging from factory equipment, which occurs daily.

As we always strive to improve any specific details would be helpful especially as another of our PMs had placed a Glassdoor review less than 30 days ago that was 5 stars and the exact opposite sentiments from yours. They raved about the great work environment and camaraderie within the group.

We are certainly sorry that things did not work out for you. Yes, we do pay well and have great sales opportunities for those that work hard, can take direction as needed, and strive to excel and utilize their strong A&D contacts. Sadly things did not click for you! As for your manager, this is the first complaint I have received. As a good chunk of his sales team has been with us for 10++ years he must be doing something right as his team is constantly near the top of the charts.
