      Pros

      great company to work for/with as an employee owner.

      Cons

      My opinion is that there is a huge disconnect between the senior administration and the street level workers, especially when it comes to the remote locations outside the big cities.

      - Great company culture, people who care about you and care about AV. - Opportunities for continued learning/development and career growth.

      Cons

      - Lack of diversity in the office (probably 90% of employees are white, male, 40+). It's easy to feel like an outsider if those characteristics don't apply to you. - Pay can be higher for all, considering the massive profits the company makes.
