      -Value their employees, and give them every opportunity to succeed -Promote from within -They believe in second chances, a terrible manager fired me, they, in turn "retired" him and asked if I would like to come back.

      Decent Pay “Unlimited PTO” C-Level Footprint Size Offerings to customers Healthy Financial Company ESOP-Profit Sharing

      Cons

      Regional level Management Depending on the office- hard to get laborers to install projects Large company, but all offices run as branches so nothing is uniform. PM & Sales are always fighting for less slip on projects because PM’s need to be billable to get paid but sales needs projects to come in under scoped hours to make money. Sales team only takes hits on all projects, no other departments are held responsible for slip.
