      Projects are more often than not rewarding. You get a lot of support from the company and co-workers to further your education/career goals.

      Nothing to share. Overall a solid place to work.

      Great teammates. large resource pool, great training opportunities, generally competitive pay.

      Cons

      Overly broad non-compete, some branches just treat you like an employee number rather than a human, daily travel to site, even programmers are rarely in the office, personal experience can vary wildly based on which branch you are at.

      Pros

      the ESOP, and retirement are great, there are tons of great people and generally a good time working there. there are also a lot of great projects to work on and transferring offices is fairly easy. i have also traveled to a lot of different places that i would not have gone on my own

      Cons

      when they say 75-80% chargeable they mean 100% no matter what management says. it can be difficult to advance to higher positions and raises tend to be far and few between. promotions are heavily dependent on certifications and getting them can be difficult when you can not go to the required classed. the last big con is every office does there own thing and there is no consistency outside of the company name
