Pros
It's a great company with a good culture. You can have many opportunities if you do the right things, and do them right.
Cons
It's very variable depending on the top management you have. I have been through different changes over the years, and sometimes you can have great leaders, sometimes you can have terrible ones. Lots of turnover made it difficult to work on the long term as your projects (and efforts) could be meaningless if the top management has a different opinion.
