      Very well payed in comparison to other companies When required, permissions for time off are granted. Big responsibility to young people.

      You're practically working 24/7. Several meetings with no value added. Repetitive documentation to fill in

      For the most part, the people you work with are great and very helpful. Work-life balance is well maintained.

      Cons

      A lot of the people you work with are located in other regions of the country and/or world. Sometimes this makes collaboration difficult. There are also certain US holidays that are not recognized by the home offices overseas, so there are times when you will have to work holidays.
