      Working here is not worth it at all..full of politics, nepotism, chamacha culture. No promotions for deserving people.

      Free lunch and one time tea. Free coffee machine. There is no pros related to product and increments.

      Strict check in timing. Check in time is fixed but check out time forget it. Heavy work pressure No family time. Fixed close people for giving benefits. You are responsible for each mistake but your lead is not responsible for mistakes.But lead has rights to scold you for mistakes. Leads and managers doesn't have any knowledge.
